This is an Austro-Hungarian throttle and ignition control used in Lloyd and Knoller aircraft. The throttle can be seen on the right side of the cockpit in each of the two photos below of Lloyd aircraft; the one on the right is a Lloyd C.IIc. The last two photos are enlargements of the first two.
